Outback Experience By Cabin Crew This was an email I sent to outback steak house and they sent me $100 in gift certificates. I was satisfied the second time around. I recently visited Outback with my Girlfriend at her request since neither of us had eaten there before. The service was decent but it was busy so it wasn't a big deal. We wanted to have a relaxing dinner anyway. I ordered the large bacon and jalapeno pizza, she ordered the chicken parmasean and we had some drinks as well. The entrees were very dissapointing. My pizza was well overcooked but cold?!!!? and Amy's was served cold and she only ate a couple bites. Being that we both worked in the restaurant business we understand what it's like and not everything is done perfectly all the time. The server asked how the food was and we tried to explain but she was in a big rush and I don't even think she listened to us. She dropped off the check soon after even though we might have wanted desert.(We figured it might make up for the unsatisfying dinner) Never the less, she seemed like she wanted to turn the table so we left unhappy. We thought about talking to the manager but decided just to write you guys since it was busy in the restaurant. We didn't want anyone else there to be neglected. I have been told only good things about your restaurant and was just very dissapointed. We were supposed to go to a movie but we ended up getting in a fight instead. Anyway, I thought you should know so you can try to prevent future customers from experiencing what we did. This was an email I sent to outback steak house and they sent me $100 in gift certificates. I was satisfied the second time around.
